We answer our phone "live" during business hours and check our e-mail regularly. If we happen to miss your call, we pledge same day follow-up to your phone message or e-mail that are received during regular business hours.

Carat 2: Delivery Date You Can Depend On

You can plan your schedule with confidence knowing that we pledge to show up to build your building on the morning of the date scheduled. Please let us off the hook if we are delayed by inclement weather.

Carat 3: Courteous Installers

We pledge to:

  1. Behave like invited guests who respect your home and neighborhood.
  2. Ask for final payment ONLY when we are completely finished.
  3. Completely pick up after ourselves.

Carat 4: Admit & Correct our Mistakes

We pledge that when we make a mistake, we'll be up front about it, and will correct it promptly and cheerfully.
